We are seeking a cheerful, experienced, and motivated shift manager for our popular à la carte concept, who can lead their shift towards common goals and create memorable moments for our customers. REQUIREMENTS: We require previous experience in à la carte service from a shift manager, but attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Additionally, excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential. Flexibility regarding working hours is available. The working languages are Finnish and English, so proficiency in both is preferred.
