Job Description
We are seeking a customer advisor for part-time work at Mehiläinen Vaasa Medical Center. The role involves customer service, assessing care needs, advising, referring to specialists, and billing. The work uses various IT systems, requiring good IT skills and a comprehensive onboarding program. The candidate should be able to work in busy situations and deliver excellent customer experiences in Finnish, Swedish, and English. The current work schedule is mainly Monday to Thursday from 7:15 to 19:15 and Friday from 7:15 to 16:15, with weekend shifts from 8:30 to 14. The work begins by agreement as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Salary is according to TPTES, salary group VR3. The candidate must be suitable according to infectious disease law.
