Human Resources Business Partner - IFS - Kolkata, West Bengal, India
Job Description
The HR Business Partner will own the HR agenda for the India tech entity, partnering closely with Business leaders to drive scale, performance, and engagement. This role leads end-to-end employee lifecycle management while ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws and alignment with global people strategies in a high-growth, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities include strategic HR partnering, advising on org design, workforce planning, and capability development; owning the complete employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, development, engagement, and exits; driving performance, talent, and rewards processes; leading employee relations and coaching managers; ensuring compliance with Indian labor laws; governing payroll accuracy, HRIS data, and reporting; supporting rapid growth and transformations.
