Join our team as a team leader! We are looking for an energetic team leader for our team in Kainuu, primarily in Suomussalmi, for a permanent position. Your responsibilities include comprehensive management of electrical network projects within the 0.4-20kV voltage range, as well as maintenance and repair work, including ensuring profitability, quality, customer satisfaction, and safety. As a team leader, you will handle personnel matters such as well-being at work, skills development, and employment issues. You will also actively oversee the activities of subcontractors and partners. In the Kainuu region, electrical network projects are being built with a completely new collaborative alliance model, giving you the opportunity to be among pioneers developing new methods for constructing and maintaining electrical networks. You are an active project manager and operational developer.
