We are seeking dedicated cleaners to join our team at Northern Lights Village Pyhä. As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be instrumental in ensuring our resort remains immaculate, thereby maintaining our high standards and contributing to our guests’ overall satisfaction. The role of Cleaner is crucial for the success and the upkeep of our resort. We seek diligent and detail-oriented individuals passionate about cleanliness and order. Your responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms and common areas, as well as performing day cleanings and communicating with guests. The role involves physically demanding tasks such as lifting, walking and standing for extended periods. Candidates with good physical stamina and strength are better equipped to handle these responsibilities effectively. Requirements include 1 or more years of previous hotel cleaning experience, great attention to detail, valid B drivers’ license, fluent spoken and written English, ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, friendly nature, flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and public holidays, move, lift and carry objects weighing less than or equal to 10kg, and be fast and efficient. The work starts in October/November and ends in March/April, with working hours of 112.5 hours per 3 weeks period. The monthly salary is negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience (2021 - 2191 €/month). Other benefits are according to the collective labor agreement.
