Job Description
We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity available to be part of the Korn Ferry RPO team! Our client, a global leader in Consumer Healthcare, is looking for a Recruiter based in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur, to work onsite. This role involves partnering with stakeholders, sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates, and guiding clients through the recruitment process. Responsibilities include managing the full recruitment cycle, building strong partnerships, utilizing sourcing tools, communicating with clients, and providing market insights. The ideal candidate has experience in full cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and sourcing techniques, with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. The role offers a hybrid working model, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote, and is a permanent position.
