Job Description

Would you like to lead significant contaminated soil remediation projects and do genuinely responsible and visible work? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Site Manager / Site Supervisor to strengthen our team in construction services and production. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction sites and the successful execution of projects. Our business is strongly project-based, with varying project sizes and durations, and work is carried out across Finland, mainly in Southern Finland. You will act as a supervisor within the site organization and ensure the team's functionality. If necessary, you will also participate in tender negotiations and define content during the bidding phase together with project management. Your key responsibilities include daily management and supervision of construction sites, ensuring project quality, costs, and occupational safety, guiding workers and subcontractors and coordinating activities, budgeting, scheduling, and managing materials and additional work, collaborating with project management, clients, authorities, and other stakeholders. The role requires some travel and at least a B-class driving license. We expect from you an independent and proactive work attitude and ability to work with different people and teams, experience in site management, earthworks, or contaminated soil handling, good interaction and communication skills, quality awareness and responsible work approach, computer skills, relevant education for the field.
