Social Counselor, Client Guidance Soihtu, Turku - Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Turku, Finland

Your work combines impactful client work and development within a team where daily activities are based on collaboration and professional dialogue. You will work in the Western Soihtu team in Turku, assessing service needs for families with children, working alongside a social worker in service need assessments and child protection investigations. Your work includes thorough documentation and collaboration with various partners in multidisciplinary networks. You will participate in development projects, team meetings, supervision, and training. We offer meaningful work supporting families with children, a multidisciplinary team, and opportunities to develop skills and influence service development. Requirements include diverse experience in social work, understanding of the service system and social welfare client processes, and a Bachelor of Social Services or an equivalent degree. Good Finnish language skills and satisfactory Swedish language skills are required, with good oral and written Swedish skills an advantage.
