Our client company is seeking an excavator supervisor for versatile earthworks in the LahtiKouvola area. In this role, you will be part of the construction team and work as a partner to the excavator operator, ensuring precise and smooth operations at various sites. The position emphasizes practical skills, a good work attitude, and the ability to work safely in changing construction conditions. The use of a laser level is an essential part of the work, so we expect you to have solid skills in its use on a daily basis. What we expect: Previous experience as an excavator supervisor, proficiency in using a laser level, ability to read site measurements and work accurately according to given elevations, energetic and proactive work approach, good teamwork skills and safe working practices, valid occupational safety card.
