The construction and HVAC logistics customer service center is looking for an energetic and innovative Customer Service Representative for a fixed-term position until March 2027. The position is based in Hyvinkää at Onninen's logistics center. Working hours are mainly weekdays from 7:00 to 18:00. We expect you to have previous experience in customer service, a friendly attitude, organizational skills, flexibility, initiative, good stress tolerance, knowledge of SAP, HYMY, KNOW, Zendesk systems, proficiency in standard office software, good communication skills, a proactive and effective work approach, and English skills are considered an advantage.
