Korn Ferry is searching for a Senior Technical Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients. The role involves building client relationships through recruitment process delivery, sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates in an on-site or off-site environment. Key responsibilities include creating multi-channel sourcing strategies, conducting role briefings, managing the end-to-end offer process, and supporting senior-level and executive hiring within financial services, fintech, and regulated industries. The candidate should have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in financial markets, asset management, and technology roles such as Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, and Product Management. The role requires strong understanding of financial markets, experience in proactive sourcing, and partnering with senior leaders. The preferred candidate will be based in Boston, MA, working in-office 4 days a week.
