Job Description
Arcora Boutique Hotel & Villas is a new luxury resort in Muonio, in the heart of Lapland. We are creating a place where northern nature, high-quality hospitality, well-being, experiences, and refined service meet in a unique way. We are looking for receptionists to join the Arcora team to ensure a high-quality customer experience during guests' visits. In this role, you will help create a service culture, first impressions, and guest experiences that define the level of Arcora. You will ensure that the guest experience is seamless, personal, and of high quality throughout the customer journey from arrival to departure.
