Maintenance Manager - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

Direct multiple shifts in a 24/7 manufacturing environment. This critical role requires continuous coordination of maintenance-related activities, workforce planning, and effective communication to drive world-class asset reliability and maximize uptime of complex, high-speed automated equipment. You will lead the day-to-day Maintenance operations and act as a mentor and coach for front line supervisors in technical and leadership competencies. Essential functions include leading a maintenance organization of supervisors, planners, team leaders, and over 30 technicians, managing complex automated systems including PLCs, robotics, vision systems, and industrial networking infrastructure, troubleshooting major downtime events, championing Root Cause Analysis efforts, establishing budgets, managing policies, supporting safety and quality programs, and developing staff. Qualifications include 10+ years of maintenance experience with 5+ years of leadership, proven results in managing teams and reliability projects, strong organizational and leadership skills, and ability to influence in a team-based environment.
