Job Description
The child protection outpatient unit is responsible for social work and emergency child protection services during office hours. We are now seeking a social worker for child protection outpatient social work in the central and western areas on a permanent basis. As a social worker in the child protection outpatient rapid response team, you will be part of a duty team that handles demanding and variable emergency situations and supports the outpatient unit in their core work. In the rapid response team, you will perform expert tasks, including emergency assessments and decision-making, organizing and deciding on support measures for outpatient care, and working as a partner in planned social work. You will join a professional work community that provides continuous and close support from your supervisor and team, as well as opportunities for professional development through mentoring, training, and supervision. You will have access to comfortable workspaces in the city center, and partial remote work is possible. The position is located in the child protection outpatient rapid response team. Your immediate supervisor, Satu, works in the same office and is easily accessible. Greetings from the rapid response team: We believe we have a particularly good workplace: enjoyable and appropriately challenging work content, highly skilled and friendly supervisors, and functional workspaces. No one is left alone with difficult issues and situations; teamwork is natural, and supervisors expect you to return from on-call duties at the office or at least by phone. We take care of each other! Of course, there are challenges, but they are addressed continuously. In tough situations, teams support each other, supervisors stand by employees, issues are raised openly, and authority can be challenged. Cats are welcome to be brought up. The salary for this position is €4429.99/month. In addition to the base salary, we pay a experience bonus of 3% for 5 years and 8% for 10 years of work experience. Please also note the good working conditions in the public sector, such as holiday entitlement. Holiday accrual is based on your work experience — the more experience, the more earned holiday days. As employee benefits, we offer various corporate discounts that you can use with a staff card.
