Product Data Coordinator - Oy Hartwall Ab - Helsinki, Finland

Hartwall produces classic beverages from the striped long drink to summer memories with Jaffa. We also bring hundreds of beloved wines from leading wineries worldwide to Finland. We are now looking for a key new colleague for our Wine & Spirits team to help make our team even more successful. The role involves managing the lifecycle of products, maintaining product information in collaboration with principals, and coordinating tender, offer, and product change information across sales channels. You will ensure that product data, assortment information, prices, and related content are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible in the right systems and channels. We seek a precise and solution-oriented colleague who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and build smooth operational practices. The ideal candidate enjoys working with data and product information, communicates clearly with principals and internal teams, and collaborates closely with partners. Experience in operational or information management tasks, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with tools like PowerBI, AFO, and SAP are required. Good communication skills in Finnish and English, proactive attitude, and experience with Alko or FMCG trade are advantageous.
