Responsibilities
- Developing and structuring global OR&A principles, standards, and work guidelines
- Driving the global rollout and adoption of OR&A practices using structured Change Management methods
- Establishing measurement frameworks, KPIs, and assurance reviews to track process compliance and capture long-term value
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive understanding and experience of OR&A processes, operational HSE, and best practices in capital investment projects
- Proven ability to translate knowledge into scalable organizational standards
- Strong advisory and coaching mindset
- Proven track record of leading development projects and implementing improvements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full professional proficiency in English
