We are now seeking a home care assistant for a permanent position in the Oulu area, with flexible working hours. You can start immediately or as agreed. What does the work in home care involve? In home care, your work is diverse, independent, and people-oriented. You work in clients' own homes, supporting them to manage daily activities safely and as independently as possible. Your tasks include: * Basic care and daily assistance to clients * Medication management (according to skills and permits) * Overall health monitoring and measurements * Supporting clients' functional capacity, well-being, and safety Every workday in home care is different. You will utilize your professional skills broadly and do work that has real meaning in clients' daily lives.
