We are looking for 3–4 cleaners for our client company to perform various cleaning tasks at an accommodation site in Lappajärvi during summer and autumn. The job is suitable for individuals who enjoy varied workdays, have a proactive attitude, and can adapt flexibly to changing situations. Previous cleaning experience is definitely an advantage, but a good attitude and willingness to learn are most important – training will be provided. Job tasks include, among others: * Cleaning of accommodation rooms * Cleaning of common areas * Cleaning of restaurant areas * Cleaning of sauna and toilet facilities * Cleaning of hallways, lobby areas, and other public spaces At the site, different areas are cleaned daily, and the workload varies depending on the number of guests. Working hours are irregular, with shifts typically lasting 3–6 hours per day. Work is performed every day of the week, mainly between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Room cleaning shifts are scheduled between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. The job is suitable for, for example: * Those seeking additional hours * Students * Those looking for part-time work * Individuals able to work flexible shifts We expect applicants to: * Have a proactive and independent work attitude * Be prepared for variable shifts * Speak Finnish or English * Be able to travel to Lappajärvi with short notice Cleaning equipment and machines are provided at the site, including a self-propelled combination machine for cleaning common areas and the restaurant. Work uniforms are provided, but good personal work shoes and suitable clothing are required. The work begins according to agreement and may continue into late autumn. Compensation follows the collective agreement for the property services sector, with a general area cleaning rate of €12.26/hour (PR 2) and room cleaning rate of €12.88/hour (PR 3).
