As a pre-kindergarten teacher, you are a team leader, pedagogical director, and community builder. Your tasks include: Leading the team and managing daily operations to ensure activities support children's learning, development, and well-being in accordance with early childhood education law. Building learning environments with your team where curiosity and joy are visible and felt in every corner. Planning activities where each child can be met and heard as themselves. Creating routines that support the development of emotional skills, interaction, and cooperation, and initiating preventive support measures quickly. Developing pedagogy with colleagues to strengthen a supportive atmosphere and evolving operational culture. Actively collaborating with guardians, multidisciplinary networks, and local actors in genuine partnership. What we expect from you: Qualification for pre-kindergarten teacher (primary school teacher, qualified early childhood education teacher). Fluent Finnish language skills.
