Job Description
We are seeking a permanent teacher in building services engineering. As a teacher, your tasks include instructing and guiding students in building services engineering across various learning environments. Personalizing students' studies, guiding and assessing their completion of qualifications are also key responsibilities. You are a professional in the building services field and eager to share your expertise with future professionals. Extensive work contacts are an advantage. We require pedagogical qualification, a suitable higher education degree or the highest qualification in the field, and strong professional skills in building services tasks. Qualification requirements for teaching staff are detailed in regulation 986/1998 and amendments 1150/2017. The role requires the ability to operate on building sites, including Keuda's detached house projects, and possibly entrepreneurial experience. Versatile skills in building services are considered an advantage. Good guidance and interaction skills, a solution-oriented approach, and organizational ability are essential for success. A B(C) driving license is needed for mobility on different sites. Experience in online pedagogy and digital skills are beneficial.
