Technical ICT Project Manager, Information Management, Jyväskylä - Keski-Suomen hyvinvointialue - Jyväskylä, Finland

We are seeking a technically oriented ICT Project Manager for a permanent position in the information management of the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County. This role suits you if you combine strong project management skills with technical understanding and enjoy collaborating with both your organization’s experts and suppliers. You are capable of managing the overall picture and ensuring that technical solutions progress as planned. In your role, you will operate under the information management unit supporting the Central Finland Wellbeing Services County. You will lead technical assignments within the information management’s own service production and established service providers, and in some cases, also collaborate with other support services of the wellbeing services county. You find it natural to keep the strings in your hands to advance your responsibilities. You have a proven track record of successfully managing similar tasks. Your work involves planning and implementing technical sub-projects/projects, and you are responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring their progress. You will work closely with technical experts and project managers from different parties and report on project progress to the responsible project manager. Your tasks include participating in the design and implementation of technical architecture, documentation, preparing changes for production according to ICT change management, and supporting the transition of projects to ongoing ICT service maintenance. Due to the operational environment, information security solutions are central. If needed, you will also participate in preparing technical and architectural requirements for ICT procurements.
