Shift Supervisor at Döner Harju - Döner Harju Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Döner Harju has been serving the best kebab in Finland to Helsinki residents since 2012. We are now looking for a shift supervisor for a 90-112.5 hours/3 weeks employment. Shifts are available seven days a week, including mornings and evenings. The shift supervisor works alongside the head chef, responsible for the shift flow, food quality, and restaurant orders. Döner Harju does not have a separate dining area and kitchen; all restaurant tasks are shared among staff. Work is offered flexibly at our locations: Aikatalo & Flemari. You are likely to succeed if: You have worked in food service for at least a couple of years and feel ready for more challenging tasks, You are organized, Leading, motivating, and guiding people is natural and enjoyable for you, You have customer service skills.
