Job Description

We are now looking for an operating room nurse for a full-time, permanent position in Turku. The work involves assisting in surgeries such as orthopedics, joint replacement, hand and foot surgery, neurosurgery, gastro- and plastic surgery, gynecology, ENT, and cataract surgery. The nurse will be responsible for perioperative care and coordinating treatment, working in various roles including instrument, anesthesia, circulating, or recovery nurse. The hospital is open Monday to Friday, with no weekend surgeries. The total compensation includes a task-based salary, possible personal bonus, and benefits such as lunch, sports, culture, well-being benefits, partner discounts, and comprehensive occupational health services. The minimum salary according to the collective agreement is €2693.83/month, with potential increases based on experience and additional responsibilities.
