We are looking for welders for our client company VR FleetCare Oy for a permanent position in Pieksämäki. The work will start according to agreement. It is full-time work, and we expect readiness for 2-shift work. The salary is based on the railway sector collective agreement: starting wages for welders are approximately 16-18 €/h. As a welder, your tasks include versatile welding of rail vehicle equipment using MAG welding method. The position is suitable for someone with a few years of experience in the field, for example, someone who has worked with heavy equipment, but you will receive comprehensive training and team support for the task and equipment. You will work either in new vehicle production or in maintenance of railway equipment. We expect you to have a motivated and proactive work attitude, a positive attitude, and reliability. The best qualifications for the task are existing work experience or relevant education in the field. Enthusiasm for the industry is appreciated, and familiarity with reading drawings is considered an advantage. During the interview, you will perform a welding test.
