Food Industry Supervisor - Länsi-Kalkkuna Oy - Säkylä, Finland

We are looking for a practical supervisor for our production to oversee daily operations and manage personnel. In this role, you will influence production efficiency, quality, and safety, and develop operations together with a skilled team. In this position, you will act as a supervisor responsible for daily production management. Your workday will include managing daily production and planning shifts and resources, ensuring smooth production, efficiency, and achievement of set goals, resolving disturbances and deviations, and proactive problem-solving, ensuring quality throughout the production process, maintaining workplace safety and promoting safe working practices, guiding, supporting, and motivating staff in daily work. Previous experience in supervisory or team leader roles, solution-oriented and proactive work approach, ability to work effectively in busy and changing situations, Finnish and English language skills. The employment relationship begins according to agreement as soon as a suitable candidate is found. The position is subject to the collective agreement for clerical employees in the food industry.
