End User Services Tower Lead - Avery Dennison - Remote - Global

This is a full time remote role! We are looking for a strategically-minded leader to own the End User Services (EUS) Tower. This is not a "maintenance" role. You will be the architect of our modern work environment, responsible for leading an outsourced delivery team to new operational highs while aggressively researching and implementing the next generation of AI-driven workforce technology as well as AI-enabled endpoints. Your main responsibilities include defining and executing a 3-year strategy for the Digital Workplace, managing costs, ensuring security compliance, leading and managing an outsourced team, establishing project schedules, overseeing service delivery, collaborating with local IT, tracking sustainability initiatives, owning platform relationships, and managing supply chains. Qualifications include deep experience with WinOS and macOS, evaluating or deploying VDI/DaaS, expertise in UEM/MDM frameworks, managing large-scale IT contracts, a bachelor’s degree in CS or IT, certifications like ITIL v4 or PMP, experience with budget planning, proficiency in ITSM platforms, and experience with DEX monitoring tools.
