We are seeking a licensed practical nurse for Parainen in a developing unit where rehabilitative activities support the mobility and functional capacity of elderly clients and their ability to live at home. The work is based on multidisciplinary collaboration and individual client goals. Your responsibilities include implementing individual rehabilitation plans as part of a multidisciplinary team. Your work will involve activities such as rehabilitation during daily routines, basic care, medication administration, wound care, daily documentation of the rehabilitation process, preparing care and service plans, RAI assessments, using other measurement tools, and participating in rehabilitation meetings.
