Lash Technician/Site Manager Järvenpää & Hämeenlinna Would you like to take more responsibility for the operations of a site and help maintain daily efficiency alongside client work? We are looking for an experienced beauty professional and proactive lash technician for both our Järvenpää and Hämeenlinna sites who wants to take responsibility for site operations. This is not a full-time supervisory role, but additional responsibility alongside your own client work. Start date during autumn. What do we expect? As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the site's daily operations. Your duties include monitoring the calendar, sales, and inventory, ordering products, guiding new employees, and reporting development targets and observations to management. You will also serve as the primary support for the team in daily matters and participate in handling customer feedback and complaint situations as needed. You will also participate in a monthly video meeting for site managers. We hope that you commit to representing KHV as your own professional brand. During the employment relationship, it is not possible to perform similar work elsewhere; you will work as a lash technician only at KHV. We want to build a strong and unified brand together. Therefore, for example, any professional Instagram account will be named according to the KHV brand (e.g., @khvname or another mutually agreed name), and marketing will be done as part of KHV's visibility. Salary consists of a base salary and a monthly sales-based bonus. The bonus is determined based on the employee's customer sales and is reviewed monthly. The Site Manager role also includes separate compensation for additional responsibility. For an employed worker, this means an hourly responsibility supplement, and for an entrepreneur, the opportunity for a higher commission level in the company's earnings model. The total hourly pay is approximately €10.50–16.00/h. You can directly influence your own income level through your own activity, number of customers, and sales.
