Car Rental Employee – keep everyday moving! Do you want a job where no two days are exactly the same? Do you enjoy customer interactions, responsibility, and smooth operations? We are looking for a customer-oriented and organized car rental employee to strengthen our team in Rovaniemi. In this role, you will be key in ensuring that the customer's journey starts and ends smoothly – and that the fleet and daily operations are under control. What does the work involve? Your work is a versatile combination of customer service, practical tasks, and organization: Customer service via phone, email, and on-site (Finnish and English) Car handovers and returns Handling rental agreements and payments Transferring cars between different locations Car inspections and cleaning Other daily tasks related to car rental operations The workday can sometimes be fast-paced – especially during peak seasons – but a good team and effective procedures keep everything under control. What we expect from you? Genuine service attitude and positive approach to work Organizational skills and good IT skills Fluent Finnish and English (additional languages are a plus) Ability to adapt to changing situations and stay calm under pressure At least a B-class driving license Previous experience in car rental work is an advantage but not essential – the right attitude and willingness to learn are most important.
