The Green Party is seeking an energetic and skilled Election Campaign Manager for a fixed-term position in Central Finland to implement parliamentary election campaigns in the spring of 2027. The work will be carried out in collaboration with Green Party representatives, staff, and volunteers. In this role, you will gain insight into politics and influence, and help make Central Finland greener! The Campaign Manager will lead the Green Party's parliamentary election campaign in Central Finland together with the campaign team. Responsibilities include: Managing the overall campaign project, Planning and executing election communications, Organizing election events and training sessions, Supporting and advising candidates, Guiding volunteers and coordinating volunteer activities, Coordinating campaign activities and internal communication, Participating in the organization of the party congress in Jyväskylä in June 2027. We are looking for a candidate who is autonomous, cooperative, and possesses good communication and project management skills. As a skilled project leader, the Campaign Manager should be able to handle multiple tasks and work with different people, as well as coordinate activities of candidates and volunteers. Previous experience in communication and event organization is required. Experience in campaigns, political communication, volunteer leadership, training and training planning, as well as knowledge of green politics and values, are considered an advantage. The employment begins on September 1, 2026, and is fixed-term until June 30, 2027. The working hours are 35 hours per week, including occasional evening and weekend work. The salary is in accordance with the Green League salary scale level 3. The employer is the Green League r.p. The work is guided by the chairpersons of the associations. The work mainly takes place at the Green Party office in Jyväskylä, but tasks are also within the Central Finland electoral district. The selected candidate must have a valid driver’s license, and the use of a personal car is considered an advantage.
