Job Description
Photomate operates in the field of solar energy and energy storage solutions across more than 20 countries and collaborates closely with leading technology providers in the industry. As a technical specialist, you will be responsible for the deployment and technical support of Photomate's solutions in Finland. The work includes both fieldwork and supporting customers through training and technical advice. You will particularly participate in the commissioning of larger energy storage systems and ensure that the systems operate as planned and meet all technical and regulatory requirements. We offer: - A versatile role combining fieldwork, customer service, and technical expertise - An international work environment and collaboration with experts from different countries - A base salary of approximately €3,700-4,200 - Opportunities for car benefits or mileage allowances - Possibility to grow into a Solution Manager role Job Tasks In this role, your work will be divided approximately 50/50 between commissioning and customer support/training. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing energy storage and solar power system deployments - Supporting customers with technical questions - Organizing training sessions for installers and partners - Providing technical support to Photomate's customers in Finland - Collaborating with Photomate's sales team and international experts We Are Looking For We seek a person who enjoys solving technical issues and wants to work at the customer interface. You have: - Electrical engineering education or similar technical background - At least S3 electrical licenses - Interest in solar energy or energy systems - Fluent Finnish and English skills - A valid B driver's license and willingness to travel within Finland. Additionally, it is an advantage if you have: - Swedish language skills - Experience in solar energy or the energy sector - Experience in customer training or technical support.
