LEAD Henkilöstöratkaisut Oy Privacy Policy Register description according to Section 10 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999). Controller: LEAD Henkilöstöratkaisut Oy Purpose of the register: The purpose of the processing of personal data is to bring together the customers of LEAD Henkilöstöratkaisut Oy and companies belonging to the same group, namely job seekers and employers, as well as to produce and develop services related to that activity, maintain customer relations and marketing. Data contained in the register: - Basic information of the job seeker: name, contact details, gender, date of birth. - Special information related to the job seeker: education, profession, special expertise, driver's license information, car availability, credit information (where permitted), security clearance, criminal record extracts, suitability tests, and drug tests. - Information related to previous or current employment: employers, start dates, durations, nature of tasks, and references. - Job search information: wishes for the job, salary request, preferred location, start/end dates. - Basic information of the employer community: name, contact details, and contact person. - Customer relationship information: order details, meeting information, marketing permissions, and communication records. - Service-related information: which employer the candidate's presentation was sent to. Data sources: The job seeker and the employer's contact person themselves. With consent, information is also collected from previous employers and evaluators. Updates may be received from update services and authorities. Disclosure of data: Personal data is disclosed to employer customers based on the job seeker's consent. Data is also disclosed to authorities (e.g., tax office, pension companies) as required by law, and to service companies acting on behalf of the controller. Data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA. Protection of the register: Data is stored in databases protected by firewalls, passwords, and other technical means in locked and guarded spaces. Right of inspection and correction: The registered person has the right to inspect their data and request corrections, deletions, or supplements to incorrect or outdated information.
