IT Specialist, Coolbrook Oy, Helsinki - Academic Work

As the primary IT contact point, you will manage daily support while advancing strategic development projects. You will work closely with the CFO and external partners to ensure a seamless technical environment for Coolbrook's growing team. This role combines practical end-user support with broader IT development responsibilities in a fast-paced international environment. Your tasks include: resolving daily IT issues in Finland, the UK, the Netherlands, and India; acting as a contact person for external IT partners; managing software licenses and hardware leasing agreements; participating in IT development projects and implementing new ideas; maintaining and managing Microsoft cloud services (M365, Intune, Azure); maintaining hardware inventory and handling hardware procurement; developing IT processes with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. We are looking for: practical experience with Microsoft cloud services (M365, Intune, Azure); previous relevant work experience, e.g., IT Specialist, IT Support, or Service Desk; educational background in IT or equivalent practical experience; fluent English skills; good communication skills and a patient attitude in IT support tasks. We value if you have: genuine interest in technology and continuous learning; previous experience working in an international company or startup; experience with PLM or Teamcenter systems.
