Staffpoint is seeking a Kitchen Shift Supervisor for Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti for the winter season 2026-2027. We are looking for a versatile and responsible individual to join the Sirkantähti kitchen team in a supervisory role. Your duties include supporting the chef, ensuring smooth shift operations, organizing work tasks, and guiding and supporting the team in daily work. You will act as a supervisor during your shift, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and efficient kitchen operations. The kitchen at Sirkantähti focuses on authentic flavors in breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets, with a bistro menu offering tasty dishes. The work environment is diverse, with varying workdays and opportunities to develop your skills as part of a professional team. The employment begins in early November and is expected to last until May 2027. Working hours are 112.5 hours/3 weeks. The employment contract is between the employee and StaffPoint. Lapland Hotels is a smoke-free workplace.
