Social Worker, Special Social Services for Mental Health Rehabilitants - Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue - Remote - Global

The position is for a social worker in the specialized social services for mental health rehabilitants at Vake. The role involves client needs assessment, customer plan preparation, decisions related to housing services, and preventive social assistance decisions. The work is client-centered, based on a recovery orientation, and involves network work across Vantaa, Kerava, and Uusimaa. The work requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, independence, decision-making ability, and documentation skills. Experience in mental health and substance abuse work, social work with adults, and familiarity with the Apotti system are advantageous. The team includes social workers, a specialized social worker, social workers, and a lead social worker. The work environment is supportive, communicative, and humorous, with regular team meetings and supervision. The position is permanent, starting June 1, 2026, with full-time hours, and requires a social work degree and vaccination against infectious diseases. The salary is approximately 4318 EUR/month plus experience-based supplements.
