We are seeking a motivated CNC machinist to strengthen our team in a family business operating in the metal industry in Lapua Hellanmaa. We have over 70 years of experience in manufacturing heating systems. We also produce various environmental maintenance machines. We have been doing subcontract machining for about 40 years for different customer groups. Many of our subcontract machining customer relationships are long-term, and we have developed our machine fleet to meet our customers' needs. Our machine fleet is modern, and we have invested in machine automation. The person we are looking for will work on a CNC lathe. As skills develop, there is potential to work in an automated robot cell in the future. Production batches vary from small series to medium-sized series. The work is permanent and mainly performed in two shifts. We value a proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and high-quality work, which are reflected in your daily work. We hope you have experience with CNC lathes (Fanuc), measurement, programming, and image reading skills, readiness for shift work, and a motivated and proactive attitude.
