HVAC Maintenance Manager - Consti Talotekniikka Oy - Tampere, Finland

We are seeking an HVAC Maintenance Manager to strengthen our building services sector in the Pirkanmaa region. We are expanding our building maintenance and repair operations and are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Manager for our Tampere Property Services unit. As an HVAC Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and leading your organizational unit and customer relationships within Pirkanmaa. You will be responsible for profitable growth and business operations within your area. You will actively participate in acquiring new customers. You will manage your staff with good leadership principles, using the Consti management system, and develop expertise in your area according to the business needs and the Consti Way. The position is permanent and full-time, with working hours mainly between 7:00 and 15:30. The start date will be agreed upon with the selected candidate. Candidate Profile What we expect from you - Relevant education or strong experience and skills in HVAC maintenance, including organizing maintenance and repair work - Experience in tender calculation and profitable business management - Experience in executing small and service contracting projects in HVAC maintenance, including scheduling and cost management - Good personnel management skills - Good interpersonal skills. The ideal HVAC Maintenance Manager is proactive, enjoys working actively, and is skilled in planning and organizing activities. You have the ability to network and maintain good relationships with our partners, from clients to subcontractors.
