Job Description
Verda is looking for a Data Center Operations & Reliability Manager to own the operational reliability of our data center sites. You will be accountable for SLA commitments, equipment downtime, shift coverage, safety and security guidelines, and incident reporting. The role requires 5+ years of experience in data center operations, critical facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure, with proven team management skills, hands-on infrastructure knowledge, SLA management, incident response, and safety protocols. Preferred experience includes GPU, HPC, or hyperscale cloud environments, monitoring and maintenance systems, and relevant certifications. The position is onsite in Helsinki, full-time and permanent.
