Our business idea is simple but ambitious: continuous development, lasting quality. K-Citymarket Kivistö combines a wide and high-quality selection with an excellent customer experience. The role involves managing the profitability of the bakery department using systems and data, following industry trends, and being innovative in implementing them in the store. Collaboration with suppliers and planning campaigns are also key tasks. Effective daily operations and self-leadership skills are essential for success. Besides managing the bakery, the role includes working and shelving in other store departments.
