Management Accountant
Job Description
This role forms a vital part of the Head Office companies’ finance team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality financial reporting and effective management of the group’s holding and treasury entities. The management accountant will support core accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all reporting activities. Working closely with Group legal, tax, treasury and the reporting teams, the role helps maintain strong financial controls, supports consolidation and audit processes, and ensures that intercompany transactions are properly recorded and reconciled. This position provides an excellent opportunity to build specialist knowledge in group accounting and treasury operations while playing a key role in maintaining the integrity of financial information at the centre of the organisation.

Responsibilities
- Support core accounting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all reporting activities
- Prepare accounting entries for holding companies’ activities, including investment transfers, intercompany loan movements, equity contributions, and dividend distributions
- Coordinate with other group companies to resolve intercompany mismatches
- Support the monthly consolidation process by proposing group consolidation adjustments to the group reporting team
- Assist in external and internal audit processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient process and implementation of audit findings and recommendations
- Perform necessary balance sheet reconciliations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/University degree or similar experience in a related field
- Member of a professional accounting body (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, ACA, OROC, OCC, or equivalent)
- First experience as an accountant or in an equivalent role
- Previous experience with OneStream/Maconomy is a plus
- Audit training and industry exposure are advantageous
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
