Job Description
Large organisations often make important decisions without the necessary insights because they can't find or see what they have, or act quickly enough. Stravito is an AI company that makes organizational research searchable, interactive, and decision-ready, trusted by over 100 global enterprises. We are hiring a Senior Manager Sales Enablement to define and own the pre-sales process, including sales decks, discovery frameworks, tools, and AI workflows. The role involves leading a small team, establishing sales operations as a strategic function, managing sales tech stack, and leveraging AI for sales workflows. Responsibilities include building sales content, leading sales operations, optimizing sales tools, and measuring success metrics like content utilization and win rates. The role reports to the Global SVP of Sales and is fully remote, requiring residency in one of the specified locations. The ideal candidate has 7-10 years in sales enablement or sales operations in B2B SaaS, with a strong AI background, management experience, and excellent communication skills.
