Job Description
You will be responsible for managing the maintenance of client-owned investment properties, lifecycle management, and active tenant interface. You will ensure property maintenance aligns with owner strategies, and contribute to property value, ESG goals, and tenant satisfaction. You will manage long-term technical lifecycle plans, produce and monitor OPEX budgets, and oversee PTS planning and audits. You will proactively communicate with tenants, service providers, authorities, and other stakeholders, report and communicate plans and progress, and ensure timely handling of faults and service requests, with smooth internal operations.
