Job Description

We are now seeking a skilled and motivated customer service specialist for our corporate health PK services team. As a customer service specialist, you will handle diverse customer care and sales tasks, developing your expertise in customer collaboration with organizations employing 1-99 people. You will work independently at the customer interface on challenging occupational health PK accounts, part of the newly established PK services team, which aims to strengthen customer care and sales in the PK segment. The position is temporary until 31.12.2026, full-time, with flexible working hours, combining remote and on-site work, primarily based in Helsinki Kampi but also possible from home.
