Ski resort staff

Open positions for ski resort staff for the 2026–2027 season at Talma Ski Oy in Sipoo. Duties include guest service at lifts, lift operation and monitoring, minor maintenance tasks around lift starting points, and outdoor work to ensure guests have a successful skiing day. We value approachable, proactive, customer‑oriented staff with flexibility for seasonal work. Requirements: at least 18 years old and Finnish language skills; skiing/snowboarding experience is a plus but training is provided. Employment type: fixed-term; part-time option with weekend emphasis; total 20–40 hours per week for full-time, or weekends and school holiday weeks for part-time.
