Office Assistant - Sitowise Oy - Remote - Global

Would you like to be one of us? We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant for our Tampere office at Ratinan office building. You will support your colleagues, assist with office tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations. Your daily working hours are from 10 am to 2 pm, requiring presence at the office. Tasks include supporting staff, communication and marketing, financial administration (accounts payable and receivable), event and meeting arrangements, and other office duties. You will be part of a national and active Office Assistant network, with support from facilities and procurement services. We value a cheerful, proactive, helpful attitude, accuracy, independence, problem-solving skills, good IT skills, and proficiency in Finnish. English skills are a plus. A driver’s license is an advantage but not necessary. The initial salary range is approximately 1300–1500 euros per month, based on experience and skills.
