The project worker will be employed at 90% of full-time. The role includes responsibility for the Finnish Model for Hobbying project in Toholampi schools, as well as the joint Moving School and Move projects between Toholampi and Lestijärvi municipalities, which are part of the Finland Moves program development grants. The fixed-term part-time employment begins on August 10, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2027. The terms of employment are governed by the municipal collective agreement (KVTES). The project work time consists of approximately 1 day per week for the Finnish Model for Hobbying project and about 3.5 days per week for the Moving School and Move projects. For the Moving School and Move projects, the project worker is responsible for activities according to the project plan, development, and reporting. They promote the project goals, which aim to increase activity and movement during school days, change school day practices to support students' physical activity, enhance cooperation between home and school, familiarize the project to students and staff, and act as a communicator to promote active lifestyles among children and youth. The project worker collaborates closely with the sports department, school principals, and other staff. Applicants are required to have relevant education in sports, youth work, or guiding fields, and good interaction skills.
