Sales Assistant 15h/week - OY Ur & Penn Finland AB - Vaasa, Finland

We are looking for a sales assistant in Vaasa at Rewell shopping center. Ur&Penn is a Swedish watch and fashion jewelry chain founded in 1943 by Erling Persson, the founder of H&M. With over 120 stores, it is currently the market leader in Scandinavia for watch and fashion jewelry sales. Our business idea and success concept is to transform the conservative watch industry by producing, designing, and marketing our own high-quality watch brands at the best prices. Now you have a unique opportunity to join our energetic team. We are looking for a sales assistant for approximately 15 hours per week at our store located in Rewell shopping center, Vaasa. Work shifts will be about 3 per week, mainly in the evenings or on weekends. This is a fixed-term employment until August 16, 2026. After that, there is an option to continue with a smaller hours contract of about 5 hours per week until December 2028. The job is well suited for students, and shifts can be coordinated with school. The work starts immediately. As a sales assistant at Ur&Penn, you work independently in active sales. The work is diverse, and everyone does everything. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the store together with the team, ensuring the store is presentable and in line with the concept. Your responsibilities include: Customer service, Store appearance and stock management, Basic watch maintenance, Cash register work, Ear piercing, Upselling, Displaying products, Restocking.
