We are looking for a CNC Machinist for our client company, Componenta Manufacturing Oy, for a long-term employment in Jyväskylä. As a CNC Machinist, your tasks will be diverse and may include operations related to CNC lathes, such as setting and operating CNC machines, machining of products, and using CNC programs, editing, and programming if necessary. Your responsibilities will also include measurement and quality control, as well as production management, for example, following work orders and production schedules. In this role, problem-solving skills and an interest in developing operations are essential. The position requires vocational training in machining and/or previous experience in CNC machining. The ideal candidate will have skills in measurement, programming, and interpreting images. Knowledge of robotics and CAD/CAM programming is considered an advantage. The offered position is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility to transfer to the client company afterwards. The working hours are full-time, and you should be prepared to work in a 3-shift system.
