Cleaning Service Supervisor for Multi-Service Team - ISS Palvelut Oy - Oulu, Finland

We are currently seeking a CLEANING SERVICE SUPERVISOR for our customer sites in Oulu. Are you an experienced cleaning professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are looking for an proactive and skilled service supervisor for our school and daycare sites in central Oulu and nearby areas. In this role, you will be part of a professional multi-service team providing high-quality cleaning and catering services to local schools and daycares. Your responsibilities include leading your team’s daily work, organizing cleaning tasks, managing substitute arrangements, and fulfilling our service promises. The role also involves customer collaboration and quality monitoring. You will guide and train your team but also actively participate in cleaning and kitchen tasks. The position is full-time (37.5 hours/week) and permanent. Working hours are primarily morning shifts on weekdays between 6:00 and 18:00, with flexibility required due to evening shifts in the team. The start date is as agreed, as soon as possible. You need your own car to travel between sites, and we will reimburse mileage. The salary follows the Property Services Sector Collective Agreement, pay group 8 (16.12 €/h) plus possible bonuses. ISS is the right place for you! We expect from you at least 3 years of experience in the cleaning sector and previous experience in service supervision. Experience with school and daycare sites is an advantage. A cleaning or property services qualification (e.g., professional qualification in cleaning and property services). Initiative, systematic approach, and solution-oriented mindset, even in changing situations. Enthusiasm for guiding people and helping your team succeed, with motivation to develop as a cleaning services professional. Excellent service attitude and good communication skills. Fluent Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Ability to guide the team in English if needed. Good physical condition. A valid driver’s license and access to a car, as travel between sites is required. Clean criminal record, including a background check in accordance with law 504/2002 for working with children.
