Qualifications include proven experience in a sales-focused technical role within Japan’s enterprise IT sector, deep expertise in IT operations or digital experience management, strong understanding of Japanese business culture, excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, and self-motivation.   • Support Large-Scale Enterprise Deals – Leverage your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive complex sales opportunities forward.
  • Collaborate with Partners – Work closely with channel and technology partners to drive joint go-to-market success in Japan.
  • Be a Thought Leader – Participate in industry events, marketing initiatives, and customer briefings to elevate Nexthink’s presence in Japan.
  • Ensure Market Alignment – Adapt Nexthink’s value propositions to the unique needs of the Japanese market and business culture.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working in a sales-focused technical role within Japan’s enterprise IT sector.
  • Track record of introducing new technologies to the Japanese market and driving adoption within enterprise organizations.
  • Deep expertise in IT operations, end-user computing, workplace management, or digital experience management.
  • Strong understanding of Japanese business culture.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
